The role

You’ll be involved in a varied court caseload, including:

• Civil litigation matters
• Debt recovery actions
• Family law cases
• Client representation and case preparation
• Managing files from instruction to resolution

About you

This role would suit a Court Solicitor who:

• Is Scots law qualified
• Has experience in litigation, or a clear interest in developing court expertise
• Is confident dealing directly with clients
• Works well in a team and manages deadlines effectively
• Is looking for long-term career stability and development
