we are working with a well respected insurance brokers based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, who are looking for an experience Commercial Insurance Account Handler who has experience dealing with construction risks.

You will be working with an established team, handling a variety of insurance policies but predominantly construction.

You will be responsible for all administrative duties including mid-term adjustments, renewals, calls to clients, insurers and underwriters and dealing with the general day to day to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will need to have experience in:

• A good understanding of construction insurance products
• Processing construction insurance documentation such as CAR, issue cover noes, endorsements and schedules amongst others.
• Acting as a first contact for clients, responding to queries about policies, premiums, documents and cover
• Onboarding new clients, ensuring full documentation is obtained
• Building strong relationships
• Good working knowledge of Acturis
• Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.

This role is hybrid, based in Southend with 3 days in the office.
