As Corporate Tax Manager, you will take the lead on delivering a comprehensive range of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a varied and stimulating portfolio of corporate clients. Working in close partnership with partners and directors, you will provide technically robust advice on matters including corporation tax, group tax planning, and business restructuring, whilst playing a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for the firm. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory
  • Advising on corporation tax, group structures, and business reorganisations
  • Reviewing tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff
  • Building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members
  • Contributing to business development and proposal writing
Requirements
  • CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background
  • At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proven experience managing corporate client portfolios in a practice setting
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, client-facing manner
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to growth
