Reporting into The Operations Manager

Overview

In addition to the capabilities of the individual, a minimum of 3 months as a Trainee Property Sales Advisor to be capable of managing a portfolio of properties.

Due to the evolving nature and changing demands of the Company’s business the obligations upon you which will inevitably vary and develop. From time to time, you will be required to undertake other duties which fall within your capability.

Responsibilities & Objectives

• To effectively manage a portfolio of properties ensuring that the requirements of clients are delivered in accordance with agreed service level agreements.

• To demonstrate within your day to day role appropriate controls to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything you do, and to ensure you meet the values and visions of our client’s commitment to placing the customer first.

• Maintain accurate records for each property, in line with company procedures and client requirements.

• To ensure the key performance indicators are met in relation to price achieved, time to sell, percentage under offer and stock turnover.

• Ensure all written and verbal communications with clients, suppliers and all third parties are conducted in a business like and professional manner.

• Action, record and file all incoming emails and post.

• Promptly deal with incoming telephone calls in a professional and business-like manner and offer assistance in the absence of the person who the call is intended for.

• From time to time assist the Assistant Team Manager/Team Manager with ad hoc projects.

• To provide assistance to the Senior Property Sales Advisor/Team Manager as well as assistance to other team members during busy and holiday periods.
