Change Manager – HR, Finance & Research & Innovation Programme
Central London / Hybrid
6-Month Contract
£350–£425 per day (via Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a major HR, Finance & Research & Innovation programme on an initial 6-month contract basis.
This is a hands-on delivery role within an established change function, ideal for a pragmatic and delivery-focused change professional who can quickly embed into a fast-paced programme environment and produce high-quality outputs with minimal direction.
The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Change Manager and wider programme team to deliver defined change activities across organisational, process and system change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and maintain core change management deliverables including:
Stakeholder maps
Engagement plans
Communications content
Training materials
Change impact assessments
Tracking and reporting artefacts
Support delivery of engagement activities including workshops, briefings and drop-in sessions
Engage stakeholders and programme teams to gather information and inputs efficiently
Ensure outputs align to programme milestones, standards and established change approaches
Drive delivery across assigned workstreams with limited oversight
Required Experience
5–10+ years’ change management experience
Strong track record delivering organisational, process and system change
Experience working within complex transformation programmes
Previous experience within large organisations and/or Higher Education environments desirable
Familiarity with recognised change methodologies such as PROSCI or equivalent
Ability to operate effectively within established programme structures and hit the ground running
