Customer Service Advisor

£12.90 - £13.08 PH

37 hours a week Monday – Friday

ASAP until 30th October 2026

To be a part of a customer focused team providing a comprehensive service to all our customers - and visitors.

You will be a valued member of the First Point team, working collaboratively to provide a welcoming and supportive experience.

Responsible for ensuring enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently across the 2 sites.  Candidates should have experience of working in a busy reception environment and of using IT packages especially service desk systems (with good data entry, speed and accuracy).

Role will involve receiving and directing visitors, answering telephone callers and live chat enquiries; giving general information and assisting with general clerical duties.
