Location: Remote (UK-based) with regular travel to London for campaigns, shoots, and brand activations

Salary: £26,000 – £33,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing talent and campaign agency working at the intersection of brands, content, and talent.

The agency partners with a wide range of clients, from fast-scaling digital brands to established consumer businesses, helping them deliver talent-led campaigns, content, and activations that cut through in a crowded digital world.

The agency is London-based, but operates in a flexible way with remote working across the UK, alongside frequent in-person collaboration for campaigns, shoots, and activations.

About the role

This is a hands-on Talent & Campaign Coordinator role supporting the delivery of live brand campaigns.

You will sit at the centre of activity between clients, talent, and internal teams, helping ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly from planning through to execution.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to talent, campaigns, content, and brand marketing in a fast-paced agency environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating talent-led campaigns for brand clients
  • Supporting the planning and execution of shoots, content days, and activations
  • Working closely with talent, creators, and campaign teams
  • Managing schedules, logistics, and moving parts across multiple projects
  • Supporting content delivery across social and digital platforms
  • Ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and to brief
  • Attending shoots and campaign activity, with regular travel into London
What we’re looking for

You will likely be:

  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
  • Confident communicating with different people and personalities
  • Interested in brands, content, social media, or creative campaigns
  • Someone who enjoys fast-paced, varied environments
  • Happy to travel into London regularly for shoots and campaign days

Helpful backgrounds (but not essential):

  • Events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Early-career marketing or media experience
  • Admin or coordination experience
  • Or someone looking to break into the talent, content, or campaign space
