We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving and fast-growing business based in Heckmondwike, who are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their busy and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service or administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
  • Supporting customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Following up enquiries and supporting the wider sales team
  • Updating customer records and managing information through CRM systems
  • General administration and customer support duties
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office-based support role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
