We’re supporting a well-established and growing financial services organisation in the search for an Operations Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in systems, reporting, and operational improvement. The role offers exposure to a broad range of business operations, with the chance to contribute to projects and process enhancements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of internal systems and processes
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and operational insight
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation of new functionality
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across business platforms
  • Provide support on operational and business improvement projects
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
  • Assist with documenting and improving operational procedures and workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or systems support role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience working with CRM or back-office systems would be advantageous
