This is a Paralegal role that will involve supporting the GC with legal duties.

Please note that previous Shipping finance or ship building exposure is a necessity for this role.

• Reviewing agreements
• Drafting legal documents
• NDAs
• Flag registrations
• Documents when changing ownership of vessels
• Contracts
• Archiving, office support
• Employment contracts for UK team
• Needs to be independent and able to work autonomously and independently
• Resilient, able to work in fast paced environment
• Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Non-marine insurance claims (such as commercial contract disputes)
