Finance Manager 

The Role

Reed Finance are partnering with an established organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen financial reporting, enhance fixed asset processes, and improve governance. You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership to drive accuracy, control, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Lead month-end/year-end close and produce accurate financial statements
• Manage statutory accounts, audits, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee tax compliance and cashflow reporting

Fixed Assets & CAPEX

• Overhaul and maintain the fixed asset register
• Resolve historic discrepancies and embed capitalisation policies
• Improve CAPEX tracking, WIP visibility, and project close-out

Process Improvement & Systems

• Enhance finance systems, reporting, and data integrity
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with operational teams and act as the key finance contact
• Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong financial reporting and fixed asset experience
• Proven track record of process improvement
• Analytical, proactive, and confident working with stakeholders
