Key Responsibilities (Estate Agency / Property Sales)

• Registering applicants and matching buyers to properties
• Conducting property viewings across Surrey
• Negotiating offers and agreeing property sales
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Building relationships with buyers and vendors
• Generating new business opportunities and valuations
• Supporting branch targets and overall performance

Requirements

• Experience as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent
• Proven track record in property sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven and sales-focused mindset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
