Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join a busy and very well established residential conveyancing department based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Role Responsibilities

As an experienced Residential Conveyancing (legal executive or CLC), you will join a large, established and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing department in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This Residential Conveyancing role will suit a confident fee earner, who is able to manage a varied caseload while delivering excellent client care throughout each transaction.

Specific duties will include:

• Managing a mixed caseload of residential property sales, purchases and Buy to Let transactions
• Handling leasehold matters, help to buy and right to buy schemes, new build sales and purchases, mortgages, remortgages, shared ownership, affordable housing and transfer of equity matters
• Client facing role - providing clear, effective communication and excellent customer care to clients at every stage of their conveyancing transaction

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers with a solid background within residential conveyancing.

You will also have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fee earning residential conveyancing role although all PQE levels are considered for this role
• Prior experience managing a busy and varied residential property caseload
• Knowledge of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions, including reviewing TP1s
• Experience using the Land Registry Portal and lender portals
• Experience of purchases through corporate entities, which would be beneficial
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
