About the Role

As our PR Manager, you’ll take ownership of our public relations strategy, driving awareness and enhancing our reputation across regional and national platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in positioning the business as a leader in its market while delivering engaging, impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative PR strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and nurture strong relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders
• Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content
• Secure high-quality media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast outlets
• Act as the primary contact for press enquiries and media opportunities
• Monitor, analyse, and report on PR performance and coverage
• Plan and deliver press events, launches, and PR activations
• Collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Lead on crisis communications where required

About You

• Proven experience in a PR or communications role (Manager level preferred)
• Exceptional writing skills with a flair for storytelling
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong understanding of digital PR and social media
• Established media contacts are highly desirable
• Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
