We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Service Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.

• Key responsibilities will include:Proactively managing technical service delivery, working with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Leading service review activities, including improvement planning and performance reporting
• Supporting delivery against agreed SLAs
• Leading initiatives for the ongoing improvements of customer service frameworks
• Supporting the operations team to develop SaaS based service modules for the product portfolio
• Ensuring successful service onboarding
• Working in partnership with customers and internal teams to understand technical implementations
• The successful candidate will have:Experience in a technical service delivery role working in a product development organisation
• Experience in technical service delivery in a B2B environment
• Methodical approach to problem solving
• Experience working for a SaaS-based company
• Experience working within software/hardware product development lifecycle
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Service or project management qualifications (desirable)
