This role is ideal for a driven automotive sales leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial performance.

The business represents a range of leading motorcycle brands and operates a successful new and used motorcycle operation, retailing high volumes annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing motorcycle sales team
  • Manage a busy used bike operation with significant stock levels
  • Drive new and used motorcycle sales performance
  • Maximise revenue opportunities across finance, warranty, clothing, accessories, and add-on products
  • Oversee enquiry management and CRM processes
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards
  • Support marketing activity and dealership events
  • Create a positive, engaged, and performance-driven team culture
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a successful automotive sales team is essential
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passion for motorcycles advantageous but not essential
Working Hours
  • 40 hours per week
  • Saturday working required with a weekday off
  • Occasional Sunday event attendance may be required
  • Seasonal working hours apply
