The Role
My client is looking for a shift production supervisor to provide effective frontline management for site across production, packing and warehouse. On a day to day basis, you will ensure products are manufactured to highest possible standard of quality, efficiency & with minimal wastage. You will also be responsible for managing KPIs whilst implementing lean manufacturing principles. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably. Your experience will be supported with ongoing development, for you to create further opportunities, to enhance your career prospects within this huge multinational group.
