A global consumer brand is seeking a Creative Effectiveness Manager to join its high-performing global marketing team. This role sits within a specialist marketing performance function and plays a key part in shaping how marketing effectiveness is measured, understood, and applied to future campaigns.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating marketing and creative effectiveness by combining creative testing outputs from platforms such as System1 and Kantar with econometric modelling. You will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign development and creative decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll need to succeed
Experience within FMCG, a consumer brand, media agency, research, or creative agency environment is highly desirable. Exposure to multi-channel marketing across Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid channels is beneficial.
