Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Henley-on-Thames from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their teaching career in a positive learning environment with excellent mentorship and support available throughout your ECT induction period.

The Role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
  • Contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:
  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to pupil development
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
