So, what will you be doing?
  • Acting as a first point of contact for People-related queries across the business
  • Supporting day-to-day People operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintaining and updating systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth processes
  • Coordinating training and development activity across teams
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and feedback programmes
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination and on boarding processes
  • Liaising with external providers to support People activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
