The Role

As a Graduate/Trainee SDR at The National College, you will support the Sales team in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive business growth.


In this role, you will contribute to top-of-funnel activities by identifying and engaging prospective customers, while collaborating closely with both Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience in client engagement, pipeline development, and the use of key sales tools and frameworks.


This role offers valuable exposure to B2B sales within a SaaS environment. You will also maintain CRM data integrity and support campaigns designed to maximise lead generation.


What You'll be Doing

  • Source and reach out to leads from target prospect lists
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identifycustomer pain points and assess solution fit
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging and targeting
  • Track performance against sales development KPIs


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and SaaS technology
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, and open to learning new tools
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
