IT Support Engineer Location: Liverpool / Hybrid work Pattern Salary: £25k / £26k + Benefits
We’re working with a Liverpool based client who are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1st line capability to deliver high-quality onsite and remote support. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously and solving problems end-to-end. IT Support Engineer Role You’ll provide both onsite and remote support across multiple client environments, taking ownership of issues and ensuring a smooth end-user experience. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering onsite support as part of a managed service offering
Providing remote support via RDP/RDS and monitoring tools
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues
Taking ownership of support tickets through to resolution
Installing and configuring systems, devices and applications
Maintaining accurate documentation and updating stakeholders on progress
About You You’ll have experience in a client-facing 1st line role, with strong troubleshooting skills and confidence working independently on customer sites. IT Support Engineer experience required:
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
Microsoft 365 administration (including user provisioning)
