Head of Client Services (Fixed-Term Contract) | Kent | £Highly Competitive + Benefits

We are working with a well-established financial services firm seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to join them on a 15-month fixed-term basis, covering a period of maternity leave.

The Role

• This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the day-to-day management of an Administration Team (20).
• Ensuring service standards, client outcomes and regulatory requirements are maintained throughout the cover period.
• You will attend Senior Management Team meetings and relevant committees, contributing to operational updates and decision-making, whilst also supporting and leading on specific projects across the business.
• You will oversee the administration of DFM requirements, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations including COBS, SYSC and Consumer Duty, and contribute to client outcome and process improvement initiatives.

About You

• You will be an experienced operational or administration manager from within a financial services firm.
• You will be comfortable managing through others, delegating effectively and communicating with senior stakeholders to resolve issues and drive business goals.
• Relevant financial services qualifications desirable.
• Above all, you will bring the stability, professionalism and proactiveness needed to lead a team with confidence during a period of change.
