Role Overview:

We are seeking a temporary administrative support professional to assist our Collections team. This role will provide essential operational support, enabling the team to focus more effectively on debt collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documentation for novations, reschedules/forbearance, and CCA communications/statements
  • Manage document processing (printing, folding, franking, and DocuSign requests)
  • Resolve “Balances < £10” activities and “No Ownership Report” allocations
  • Process bank detail updates and Direct Debit Mandates (DDMs)
  • Draft and issue deadline and termination letters
  • Handle HALS amendments
  • Manage BIFD customer emails
  • Monitor and triage inbox and group phone queries
  • Carry out routine administrative tasks and correspondence
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills across both digital and paper-based processes
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage routine processes efficiently
  • Confident handling a variety of administrative tasks

Desirable (not essential):

  • Background in collections, credit control, or financial services
Additional Information:
  • This is a fully office-based role due to the temporary nature of the assignment
  • No additional equipment required
