Reed Business Support are recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our valued client, based in Maidstone. This French Speaking Customer Service Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role:
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries in both French and English
  • Acting as a key point of contact for European customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Processing orders, returns, and delivery queries within internal systems
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, service logs, and correspondence
  • Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times
About You:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
  • Fluent or business-level French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Salary & Working Pattern:
  • £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Office-based role in Maidstone
