Senior Employee Relations Advisor, up to £48,000 Per Annum, Manchester

Macmillan Davies is proud to be partnering with a global business services organisation in search of a Senior Employee Relations Advisor. This role will act as a dedicated ER specialist, delivering consistent and people-focused solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and flexible working.
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice that balances legal risk and employee experience.
• Support complex and sensitive cases, including misconduct and discrimination.
• Ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation in a highly regulated environment.
• Coach and upskill managers to handle people matters confidently and in line with policies.
• Deliver ER training on key topics such as investigations and workplace conduct.
• Use data to identify risks and drive proactive interventions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Employee Relations processes.

About You:

• Strong experience managing a wide range of ER cases within a complex or regulated environment.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical guidance.
• High attention to detail and sound judgement with handling confidential matters.
