Our client, a progressive and growing independent Mortgage Broking firm, is looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Broker to join the team.

You will be provided with around 30 potential client appointments each month, all qualified, and pre-booked into your diary for you. Clients tend to be employed, and it is expected that the average loan size will be circa £400,000. Your meetings will be a mixture of face to face at the clients’ London offices, and Teams. They will be booked to take place over two or three days each month.

The role is self employed and offers a 40% split on all banked revenue generated as a result of clients that the firm provides, and 60% on self-generated clients.

You will be working from home, but need to be able to go to Central London on a regular basis for client meetings, hence a London or Home Counties base is preferred.

To be considered, you must have the full CeMAP qualification and, ideally, R05. You must also be CAS and have had at least 2 years’ recent experience in a Mortgage and Protection Broking role.
