What you'll do

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Respond to facilities requests via email/service calls
  • Set up and clear meeting rooms for events
  • Maintain office, kitchen, and supply areas
  • Keep workspace tidy and presentable
  • Assist with minor repairs, desk moves, and printer upkeep
  • Assemble/reconfigure furniture as needed
  • Identify and address cleaning/maintenance issues
  • Liaise with building engineers on maintenance tasks
  • Occasionally supervise contractors outside hours

What you'll bring
