General Teaching Assistant – Leeds (Full Time)
In every classroom, there’s someone who quietly keeps things moving — supporting the teacher, helping children stay engaged, and making sure no one gets left behind. This could be that role for you.
We’re working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Leeds who are looking for a General Teaching Assistant to join their teams full-time.
It’s a varied role, and no two days are quite the same. You might be working one-to-one with a child who needs a bit of extra support, helping small groups with learning, or simply being that steady presence in the classroom that teachers rely on throughout the day.
More than anything, schools are looking for someone who’s willing to get involved, support where needed, and build genuine relationships with children and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
