Evoke Staffing are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Administrator to join our Clients finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Maintain and update financial records SAP
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as required
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant financial regulations
  • Respond to internal and external queries regarding account information

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with accounting software including Sage or Xero
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles
  • A recognised qualification in accounting or finance is desirable but not essential
