Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, improving processes, and supporting with the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts with supporting analysis
• Lead month-end close processes, including accruals, prepayments, and journals
• Produce variance analysis and provide insightful commentary
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Liaise with all other departments within the finance team
