The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store. You’ll have the autonomy to run your business your way—driving sales, leading your team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team
  • Driving sales performance and delivering on key KPIs
  • Creating an engaging, well-presented, and commercially strong store environment
  • Managing stock, costs, and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safety
  • Analysing performance and implementing improvements to maximise profitability

About You

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving sales and controlling costs
  • Passionate about developing teams and delivering great customer experiences
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-driven
