Adore Recruitment are looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Basildon.

We are looking for somebody who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by success. Whether you already have recruitment experience or come from a strong sales or customer-focused background, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Developing new business opportunities

• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking

• Interviewing and screening candidates

• Managing temporary and permanent vacancies across multiple sectors

• Negotiating offers and rates with clients and candidates

• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident telephone manner

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

• Good organisational and administration skills

• Ability to work within a busy and fast-paced environment

• Professional and positive approach
