Are you an experienced HR Partner or HR Manager with experience within the advertising, creative agency industry and are immediately available to start a contract?
We’re working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior People Partner to join a fast-paced, creative environment within a network of small, dynamic agencies.
This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day people agenda while helping guide the business through a period of significant change and transformation.
The role
Partner closely with leadership teams to coach, support and challenge where needed
Lead on operational HR delivery, including oversight of payroll
Manage employee relations matters, restructures, and organisational change
Provide stability and direction during a time of transition – bringing calm to a busy, evolving environment
Contribute to wider people initiatives as part of a collaborative central team
Balance strategic input with a strong focus on execution and immediate business needs
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a Senior People Partner / HR Business Partner role
Background in advertising, creative, or communications agencies is essential
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments
Strong ER and change management experience
Pragmatic, resilient, and able to “steady the ship” while managing competing priorities
