We are working with a fast-paced and creative digital agency in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Social Media Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a social-first marketer who enjoys working across multiple brands and thrives in a busy agency environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging content, managing campaigns, and driving performance across both organic and paid social channels.

• Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple client accounts
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Plan and deliver both organic and paid social campaigns
• Monitor performance and produce insights-driven reports
• Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Work closely with creative and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns

• Previous experience in a social media role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of content creation and social strategy
• Confident using key platforms including Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail
• Data-driven with a good understanding of analytics and performance metrics

• Competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
