The Role:

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties. The position requires strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of lettings legislation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractors
• Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
• Liaising with the accounts team regarding arrears and tenant balances
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management (essential)
• Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independently
• Professional and customer-focused approach

The Offer:

• £38,000 basic salary
