Credit Control/Sales Ledger Clerk

Based: Stockport (Hybrid)

Salary: circa £29k + benefits

12 month FTC initially

Role:

• Setting up customer accounts
• Checking orders, ensuring accuracy
• Send invoices and credit notes
• Banking – posting receipts and payment, bank reconciliation
• Sending proforma invoices
• Taking payments
• Answering inbound calls
• Credit Control duties
• Replying to email queries and investigate discrepancies, liaise with customers
• Checking orders placed through our website
• Provide general administrative support

Experience:

• Sales Ledger / Credit Control experience essential
• Available immediately or 1-2 weeks notice max and able to commit to 12 month contract (potential for extension)
• Team player, able to learn things quickly and use initiative
