Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef to join our restaurant team in the Pinner, Harrow, UK. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic South Indian dishes

Prepare fresh batters, chutneys, masalas, and accompaniments daily

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation

Maintain strict compliance with UK food hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Follow Food Safety Act and HACCP guidelines

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a professional kitchen.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a South Indian Chef.

Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
