This role supports the day-to-day operation of the finance function of the company and provides support to the Financial Controller.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Invoice processing,
• Processing expenses and credit card expenses,
• Maintaining the company ledgers and assisting in reconciliations,
• Raising Sales invoices and credit control,
• Ensure consistent and accurate record keeping is maintained at all times,
• Support in month end procedures,
• Ad hoc administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role,
• Excellent organisational and communication skills,
• Ability to work within a fast paced busy environment,
• Use your own initiative to develop and grow in the team,
• Have a proactive outlook to work.
