Hamnet Homes is a new therapeutic children's residential provider focused on achieving outstanding outcomes for young people with complex needs.

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager Children's Residential professional to lead one of our new homes and play a key role in building a high-quality, child-centred service from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a children's residential home day-to-day
• Deliver safe, nurturing and therapeutic care
• Ensure full Ofsted compliance and readiness for inspection
• Build, develop and inspire a high-performing staff team
• Embed trauma-informed, child-centred practice
• Drive positive outcomes in education, wellbeing and independence
• Manage safeguarding, risk and quality assurance processes

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Registered Manager (Children's Residential) or strong Deputy ready to step up
• In-depth knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations & Ofsted standards
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Passion for creating safe, stable environments where children thrive
• Strong safeguarding and multi-agency working experience
