We are working exclusively with a highly reputable, fast-growing accountancy practice who are entering an exciting phase of expansion across their regional offices.This is a brilliant opportunity for a Client Manager / Senior Manager to step into a high-impact role, managing a varied portfolio while also helping shape and support a growing team.The firm has built its reputation on delivering exceptional client service, technical excellence, and a genuinely supportive culture where people are encouraged to develop and progress. The RoleYou will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting, audit and advisory services while acting as a key point of contact for clients. Alongside portfolio management, you will play an active role in:
Supporting workflow planning and resource allocation within the team
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff
Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and financial statements
Ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and internal processes
Building strong, long-term client relationships
Identifying opportunities to expand services within existing clients
About You
ACA or ACCA qualified (preferable)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accountancy environment
Confident managing your own client portfolio
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
Excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills
Experience with Caseware (desirable)
Proactive, self-motivated and commercially aware
Package
£45,000 – £52,000 per annum
