Elite Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Project Support Officer to assist with the implementation of an e-rostering system (Allocate). This role will work closely with organisational leadership to understand rostering requirements and act as a key link between internal teams and the system vendor.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with leadership teams to understand e-rostering requirements
- Act as a liaison between the organisation and the system vendor
- Support the translation of business needs into practical system design
- Assist in system build, configuration, and testing
- Help identify and resolve issues prior to system rollout
- Support the delivery of training sessions and user guidance
- Provide hands-on support to staff during implementation
- Contribute to embedding the e-rostering system into day-to-day operations
About You
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Confidence using digital systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience supporting colleagues or users in effectively using systems
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external suppliers
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain processes in a simple and practical way
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting the implementation, configuration, or testing of digital systems
- Experience delivering or assisting with training, workshops, or user support materials
- Familiarity with e-rostering or workforce management systems (e.g. Allocate)
- Experience working in healthcare, hospice, care, or similarly regulated environments
