Reed Finance are working with a healthcare organisation in Bath to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive finance team where you’ll work closely with operational leaders and play a key role in shaping financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts and KPI analysis
• Preparing budget reports and supporting budget holders with variances, controls and savings opportunities
• Supporting the annual budgeting and planning cycle
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and year-end working papers for audit
• Ensuring strong financial controls, compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Producing costings and P&L analysis for new projects and business decisions
• Working closely with senior finance colleagues and wider teams across the organisation

This role would suit a qualified or part-qualified finance professional looking to step into a true business partnering position within a collaborative environment that values development and continuous improvement.
