We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join their team on an afternoon shift. This is a hands-on role working independently to maintain cleanliness across production and industrial areas that naturally become dirty throughout the day due to the type of product manufactured.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing thorough cleaning of production areas, including heavily exposed industrial zones.
• Carrying out both planned and reactive cleaning activities across the site.
• Using a variety of cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring all cleaning work meets strict internal quality, safety, and audit standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of cleaning tasks completed.
• Working independently to manage your workload and prioritise areas requiring attention.
• Following all health & safety procedures in what is a highly safety-focused workplace.
• Supporting wider site teams where required to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

• Comfortable working in industrial areas that can become dirty through daily production activity.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• Reliable, committed, and safety-conscious.
• Previous industrial cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
