Supply Chain & Product Manager – Specialist LED Lighting

c£45,000 - £50,000 basic + bonus/ Hybrid (1–2 days office)

New role for this well established specialist LED bespoke manufacturer.

What You’ll Do

• Manage orders from placement to delivery, working closely with our established supply chain in China.
• Coordinate production, pricing, specifications, and logistics with manufacturing partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular communication and periodic site visits.
• Support multi-year technical projects, ensuring documentation, testing, and certification requirements are met.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications and support the development of bespoke LED products.
• Work across niche markets

What You Bring

• At least three years’ experience in the LED lighting industry.
• Strong technical understanding of LED products and components.
• Background in product management, supply chain, or project management.
• Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and suppliers.
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a small, flexible team.
• Ability to work 1–2 days per week in the office, with occasional UK travel and one annual trip to China.
