We are now hiring a Financial Services Recruiter (International Market) to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing global desk, supporting international clients while building your own specialist FS market.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and developing your own international financial services desk.
Partnering with clients across key global markets, including Europe and the Middle East.
Managing end-to-end recruitment across front, middle, and back-office FS roles.
Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Building a strong international candidate network through proactive sourcing and engagement.
Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends and market conditions.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in recruitment (FS experience preferred but not essential).
Strong interest in international markets.
Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
