• Experienced within estate agency (required)
• In possession of a full UK driving licence and own car (essential)

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

• Conduct property valuations and negotiate rental prices with landlords
• Grow your property portfolio by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
• Arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate offers
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to generate repeat business
• Handle general administration to ensure smooth processes
