HR Administrator - £18.50 per hour.

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Mainly remote. Only 1 day in their Chancery Lane office.

Join a fast-paced, high-performing HR team where no two days are the same. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive and people-focused - ready to play a key part in delivering smooth HR operations and an outstanding employee experience.

The role is for 6 months temping.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries.
  • Keeping HR systems accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting payroll updates, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns, interviews etc.
  • Issuing contracts, managing vetting checks.
  • Maintaining HR documentation, policies, and internal resources.


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in HR or payroll administration with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with HR systems and handling confidential data.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it (desirable).
