Head of Enterprise Risk Management

Location:  London or Buckinghamshire - Hybrid working

Package:  £100K - £160K DOE, Excellent Benefits

We’re working with a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to lead and enhance its regulatory risk framework in a complex FCA/PRA environment.This is a high-profile role, partnering closely with the CRO and Board, with accountability for ensuring the organisation maintains a robust, forward-looking and fully compliant risk framework.The Role

•             Lead and continuously evolve the enterprise risk management framework in line with FCA / PRA expectations

•             Own regulatory risk oversight, ensuring effective identification, monitoring and reporting of risks

•             Deliver and enhance the ORSA process, ensuring strong regulatory alignment and governance

•             Provide clear, insightful risk reporting to executive and Board committees

•             Support and shape risk appetite frameworks and ensure alignment to regulatory standards

•             Oversee stress and scenario testing, supporting regulatory submissions and strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For

•             Senior risk leader within a regulated financial services environment

•             Deep expertise in regulatory risk and UK regulatory frameworks (FCA & PRA)

•             Strong experience operating under SM&CR and ORSA requirements

•             Proven ability to engage and influence Board-level and regulatory stakeholders

•             Good working knowledge of financial risk and stress testing, supporting regulatory requirements
