We are actively seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a highly reputable company in Ellesmere Port.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees and clients, including new starters, leavers, and contract changes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to UK payroll regulations, HMRC guidelines, and company policy, including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory sick pay, maternity/paternity pay and pension contributions.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of periodic payroll reports, reconciliations, and year-end documentation, such as P60s, P45s.
  • Respond to colleagues and client queries promptly, aiming to provide answers within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Develop and update process documentation to assist payroll operations, making sure instructions are easy to follow.

Our client is looking for someone who has:

  • End-to-end payroll processing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
